With a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Management of Technology, I understand how leadership, systems, and technology must work together to create meaningful, sustainable performance. As a PfMP-certified Portfolio Leader and Governance Strategist, I operate within the dual pillars of PMO as a Service and IT Portfolio Management as a Service, building the governance structures and decision-making systems organizations need to drive strategic portfolio execution.
